Relaxation massage

Relaxation massage is a whole body and mind experience of physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Using calming effects of essential oil blends along with soothing massage strokes and various Swedish techniques, it works to increase lymphatic and cardiovascular flow, strengthen the immune system and create a sate of inner calm and harmony by releasing various hormones.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue massage focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissue, releasing chronic patterns of tension in the body. The technique includes slow strokes and deep pressure on t he contracted areas, either following or going across the fibres of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

Trigger Points

This kind of therapy isolates and treats the knots or spasm points in muscles, cause localised and referral pain patterns, commonly appearing in overused muscles. It’s very affective in reducing and or eliminating acute and chronic pain.

Sports Massage

Sports massage will prepare your self physically and mentally for the event, reduce the risk of injury and enhance your performance, as well as helping you getting into the right mindset.  After the activity massage will assist you in speeding up the recovery process, increase your levels of flexibility, muscle responsiveness and body awareness.

1.5 hours – $110
1 hour – $75
30 min – $40

Upon Arrival

Prior the treatment there is a short consultation for you to:

• Fill out a brief health history form to ensure there are no contraindications (health conditions where massage is not recommended )
• Discuss your concerns and wishes to create a desired treatment plan and choose the preferred oil blend

Cancellation/late policy

At least 24 hours notice is requested for cancellation, so that others may benefit from the space available. Less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If you are running late, the treatment may have to finish as scheduled, depending on availability. Full fee will be charged either way.

A text reminder will be sent to you the day before the treatment, and your confirmation will be highly appreciated.
